The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, the room was filthy (sheets had stains, bathroom had hairs all over with stains on the door and toilet and clearly hadnt been cleaned), the armchair in the corner was badly stained where we didnt want to sit in it or put anything on it, and the beds were uncomfortable. Ive stayed at this hotel several times before over the years and its clearly gone down the drain, especially for over $300/night. I unfortunately wont be back any time soon!
