cooked.. Being a chef and at a high class hotel I was very disappointed and did not even eat it.. They made sure to tack on a $4 tip with out me knowing untill I checked out.. I gave a 4$ tip at my door...

Being told when I got there that there would be a 150.00 incidental hold on my credit card, for what I had no idea untill I was asked and then they informed me it was also for a 40.00 a day parking charge, which is only valet.. Upon arriving, my partner and I, being in our 60's and both women asked the valet for a luggage carrier as we had alot to bring to the room.. He went and brought it out and said "here ya go"..??? Never offering to help. we started to unload to car and I looked up to see them BOTH leaning against the little wall just talking and laughing.... Nice way to make some bucks kids...NOT
I do have to say that there was a very nice young man that helped when we left.. He wasn't there when we arrived. The young woman at the front desk was very accommodating and let us check in a little early.. She was very nice..
