The staff in all areas of the Hotel were wonderful! Super friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to be the first guests in a newly renovated room. It was fantastic! Great view of the city , very comfortable and beautiful.

I loved the location of this hotel. We didn’t have to rent a car or anything, we could just walk everywhere. It was nice to see a bunch of place nearby that was walking distance. Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and very friendly. We wanted to use the pool so that was very nice too.
Negatives:
I didn’t like you had to pay for breakfast but that’s okay it was only $14. But overall it was still pretty good.

We stayed here before and loved the location but this time around we stayed on the 5th floor in one of the “newly” renovated rooms and we went to use the pull out couch and there was about 6inch razor blade right on top of the mattress as we unfolded it.. luckily we saw before my son got a hold of it. Called staff up to take a look at it and they did not seem concerned. Next morning checking out we let the front desk know and they had no idea. I’d say bad communication. All that was offered was no parking fee. Understandable that I’m sure it was left behind during renovations. But house keeping staff should have saw and the staff from night shift should have communicated better with the morning crew.
