Positives: Breakfast was good, but the staff certainly don't check to see if the coffee has run out, the creamers need refilling -- they're too busy talking and playing on their phones at the front desk, 10 feet away. The tables were filthy, I needed to be wiped.

Negatives: The room is dirty, even empty wine bottle is still under the bathroom sink, stained carpet, no draperies, and so the people across the street can look right into your windows, the phone in the room didn't work...

Positives: The bed was okay.

Negatives: Upon arrival found that parking was going to cost an extra 60$ there is no way around that folks. When checking in, was advised the pool was down (one of the main reasons for booking this hotel.). When I got to my room it had not been cleaned properly from the guest before myself there was tape of the walls, french fries in the couch cushions,and the light fixture was pulled from the wall. I also found hair in the tub. And in our one night stay we tried to get coffee from the starbucks branch inside 3 times but no one was tending the counter.
