The view from restaurant was awesome

Room AC leaked into room and soaked part of floor. It was fixed late at night and we chose to stay in room. But, the next morning it was the AC was off and would not work. We had to get ready in a hot room. It was quite uncomfortable

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, fresh and decent amenities.
Negatives:
Public spaces run down. No room service (not until Thursday?), hotel restaurant was closed. i was at a regional conference? That seems bad. I ended walking to find something to eat and the surrounding area, which used to be lovely, is extremely run down. Storefronts boarded up. Lots of houseless people wandering around right outside the hotel. I found a dive bar to get pizza and gave my leftovers to the locals but it was sad. Wouldn't have walked around out there after dark.
