Breakfast was awful. Pancake maker didnt work, the milk expired that day, english muffins were hard. Last but not least, the floor was dirty and full of snow.
Negatives:
My tv didnt work. Asked for assistance. No maintenance man on site. Was asked if i wanted a different room. That room had a bunch of renovation materials in front of the door. Had to step over rolled up carpets. I turned on tv. Noticed that it had an HDMI cord. So i took it out and used it in my original room. Got my tv working by myself. In my bathroom, there was a tile full of mold above the shower head. My toilet paper roll fixture was broken.

The location is great and the room was clean, and the bed was a dream. Quick check in and check out. Overrall good stay.

The bathrooms are a bit on the small side, the sink was outside of the bathroom as there was no room for it.

I had trouble with my TV. The remote didn’t work. They gave me another remote. It still didn’t work. I just felt that they could have been a little bit more helpful in regards to getting my issue resolved.

When I walked into my room there was a vacuum in the middle of the floor as well as a trash can that still had trash in it. the pillows were piled in a corner with no pillow cases on them. The pillowcases were on the desk.

Good location. More affordable than Hampton Inn.

Toilet roll dispenser falling off the wall. Smaller than average toilet, tub section of bathroom. Towels were clean but dingy gray. I run an Air BnB, this is feedback for the housekeeping staff.

The beds were comfortable. Everything looked clean and it looked very well maintained. The staff was a little offset. I guess you would say because no one was really friendly which put me off a little bit but I adjusted

The remote didn't work and couldn't get the problem resolved by staff that was on and in the morning it was no use because by the time we got up and around and after breakfast which was great there was no time to watch television and I could have really used the television at night when I wanted it

I think I stubbed my toe on the side of the tub when I walked into it in the night. The sink had no slope to drain and no room on the side to put any of my items such as makeup or curling iron. The Heat/A/C unit was very loud so we didn't run it and it was very hot. You could hear people in the neighboring rooms. The price was too high for what we got.
