They waited until the finalization of my artinirary to Gabe all of my paperwork changed with the time date and hotel. I valueless them minutes after and it took all day to them to get in touch with the hotel

Upon getting in touch with the hotel. The hotel would not give me my money back even though the knew it was an error in the reservation. As I am in fla the reservation was set at a hotel in main and there was no was i could be there to answer it
