Requested a grond floor, reservation made 2 months in advance. On arrival told they do not "block" rooms, OK, why was I asked for anyting special, Wife has ambulatory problems and we were give a room on the third floor as far from the elevators as you could get. Not good. It also appears this is a section 8 property, many people congregating around an outside BBQ, many children and parents free roaming the property. Everyone needs a place, I just didn't expect it from a Marriott property.

never stay there because I’m from newhampshire and the bank did not approve so the people say sorry you cannot stay so I left and they charged me money the next day for no reason now trying to contacted them and the receptionist she hangs up on me 3 times in my face People super rude I feel bad to my kids that day they where so sad we travel from 2 hours never again

We chose this location for the indoor pool and hit tub, so we were very disappointed when we arrived and were told that they were both closed for renovations. The property manager and reception staff were great though, and quickly allowed us to change our reservation to a nearby sister hotel that at least had an indoor pool available to use. Would love to go back and actually stay the night, once the pool and hit tub are available again.
