The staff was helpful and was able to upgrade from queen bed to king size. staff was friendly.

The hot tub & the pool were the best features. Front desk was always helpful & friendly.
Negatives:
Breakfast was okay. The food was average but the size of the dining room was incredibly small. Friday morning we sat down & ate but with only 4.5 tables in the main dining area, we had to the our breakfast back to our room on Saturday.

The location was great. By car it was a nice balance between Portland Old Port and the Mall area of South Portland. Breakfast was simple but very good and best of all, free!!

The room could have been bigger but for only two of us it was fine. Nothing else we didn't like.
