Very affordable, bed was comfortable, linens were decent, breakfast had very good variety. Parking was good. Location was good.
Negatives:
Walls very thin. Heard a dog barking for hours in the evening and it started again the next morning. Also heard a man who was either sick or had a horrible smoker's cough retching and making horrible noises. Floor wasn't clean. Might be hard to see in the picture but there were white crumbly bits on the floor. And also in the afternoon sun I could clearly see where the floor had been swept because the areas that weren't done were covered in dust and dirt. Tub had moldy grout. And this weird thing in the bathroom wall I took a picture of. After I booked I saw bad reviews on other sites. It was OK for one night but wouldn't want to stay longer. If you're a picky person I don't think you'd be happy here.

The value was superb. I was picked up after midnight at the airport. Front desk was very pleasant even at 1am! Breakfast was amazingly ample in selection for the price. In spite of a fire alarm at 620am (due to burnt toast) this was a great stay. I will be making this trip a lot and will be back for sure!

More oversight in breakfast area may have caught burning toast but accidents happen.

Positives:
Location was what we expected and there were two beds and a mini fridge as expected. Parking was reasonable as well. The door was good and the locks worked.
Negatives:
The hot and cold water were reversed and there was a pile of dirt and food crumbs under the edge of the bed closer to the window. I shared a picture with front desk staff and they said they would retrain the housekeepers. I cleaned the mess myself so my kids could play
