The nice desk clerk at checkout who listened to our complaints and quickly responded with the solution. Full credit is to be issued for our one night stay.

No closet, hangers or place to hang clothing. Only a nail on the back of bathroom door to hang towels. The shower head exploded off when my wife turned it on. It flew the length of the tub and dented the back wall. Probably would have blinded her.

Noise... you can hear vehicle traffic, airport/airplane traffic, conversations in next room. It should also be disclosed that facility is housing immigrants

The room was ok, except for the smoke smell. Someone was smoking in the room before, and it stunk

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. This is a non smoking hotel, and it was b-a-d. I didn't want to be blamed--so I alerted the staff. But they didn't offer another room or anything.

I booked the airport hotel and somehow I ended up with the Scarborough location I immediately called and was informed that I was only able to get 1 night refunded so I ended up paying 152 dollars for one night. Not impressed at all

I wish food was avail in the early morning as there were plenty of us headed to the airport. At least have juice or fruit for ppl that leave early. I'm sure it happens everyday
