We shared a door with the hotel room next door. It was not insulated at all and you could hear people even when they were whispering in the room next door. The couple had kids who screamed most of the night. We heard the couple talking (through the wall) about getting charged by the hotel for not honoring the contract and being quiet. When I approached the staff the next morning after no sleep, she told me I should have gotten out of bed to tell them and there was nothing they could do because I booked through a third party. It is disappointing that the hotel is charging folks for their kids crying and pocketing that money, but won’t reimburse the guests who were affected by the noise.

Housekeeping was in are room when we went out for the day and they put sheets on the bed and they had stains on them and the pillows were to soft and the ac didnt really work it was hot in are room. Plus the shower was really hard water.plus i really dont think i should of been charged 20 dollars a night for my d
