Hotel is an old has-been and rundown, in dire need of upgrading. Front desk staff scarce and one was totally useless, lazy, and had attitude. Could write a book on him!

Coffee maker ha no tray to put the coffee packet in the room was not the cleanest. The pool was disgusting the water was murky, there was litter, no towels, the bathroom was disgusting, the floor needed to be cleaned, no toilet paper. Will not stay again.

The location was convenient, some of the staff were attentive, i had asked the front desk for towels, never got them and needed to track them down. loved the breakfast buffet!

We had looked forward to the pool and hot tub, frankly the bathroom was disgusting, the little glass tables in the pool area i cleaned off with lysol wipes myself, there were never enough towels, the hot tub color didnt look right, like the chlorine.

Booked a room with two bed and got to the hotel and was never told they were over booked. Got to the room and only one bed in room. Went back to front desk and was told they were over booked and they could do nothing for us. Poor customer service

Peeling paint on ceilings. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not eaten. Cheese danish were served uncooked, raw . I had no faith in kitchen staff. We went to a restaurant for breakfast. I booked based on breakfast as we had an early start.

Our room was not ready almost two hours post check in time. They then tried to place us in a room that was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The person who appeared to be manager was not helpful at all. Room was dated, trash was overflowing in hall

Simply put, this should NEVER have a Hampton Inn flag flying. I have stayed at several Hampton Inn, and this was repulsive. I dont want this review to reflect the staff, as they were fantastic. Our first room was filthy, the words crime scene sum it up
