Positives: nothing, room was dirty smelling when we checked in, changed room and had to ask for towels, and was told we would have to wait until laundry was done next morning.
Negatives: no staffing in morning today so no breakfast available. Coffee bar not cared for as no staff showed up in morning. One person at desk she tried to keep up but couldn't.

Positives: The room was what I expected having stayed at Hilton and Hampton Inn in the past for work trips. The breakfast was excellent better than any lesser hotel chain. We had a great sleep in the comfortable bed.
Negatives: The pillows are too soft though, a firmer pillow is desirable. The rest was very good.
