Negatives: This location is rundown, bare bones and not worth staying. I have stayed at other Home2 suites and have been quite pleased, but this location does not meet that. My room was sandwiched in between three different families with children, the walls were so thin I could barely sleep. The breakfast was in edible with very limited resources.

Negatives: Your staff member named Krystal illegally ran my card without permission after telling me I could not extend the room through you guys because I did it through booking.com and would need to do it through them. I went and extended another night through the website. When I came downstairs to go outside with my friend she waved at me and said " oh I am glad you came down I wanted to let you know I went ahead and canceled your room!" I was so confused about how she could book a room without my permission and run my card. She charged me for the room and then returned the money. She then told me I had to pay $219 for the room. I explained to her that I paid online and I was only supposed to pay a $100 fee for damages like I did the night before. She refused to listen to me and insisted I pay. I swiped my card for $219, she then said it timed out and I needed to swipe again. My card declined the second time because it had already gone through the first time. After I explained to her that the first one went through because I only put that amount on my card she argued with me saying it did not. She went in the back and spoke to someone and said sorry you are only supposed to pay $100 so I then had to swipe my card again for $100 so now I have been charged 3 times! She had an attitude when I asked for a manager she refused to let me speak to one or call someone. No manager ever came to speak to me. I have not been refunded my money. I stay at the home 2 suites in Boston and this never happens! You need to train your staff about customer service and give me my money. I am patiently waiting but it has almost been 30 days. I had to spend my bday money because your staff is incapable of listening. Maybe you need a training from Boston. Also when I went to take a shower there was no soap in the bathroom it was empty and the shower had some brown residue on the wall which I believe a lovely gentleman by the name of Jermaine handled immediately.

Negatives: I had an issue with with booking.com and had to pay again for the room when we arrived. I believe it was an issue with booking.com, but still was very annoying. Manager was very helpful and tried to solve the problem before I arrived but wasn't able to.. I appreciate her efforts.

Negatives: Parking wasn't great.

Negatives: The furniture was not so cozy and did have some spills or staining on it. I thought there would be a spa or hot tub offered. In addition to an exercise or work out area.

Negatives: Breakfast was really underwhelming - selection was very limited and eggs were rubbery. Air conditioning in the room was set to 65 when I checked in on a cold January day.
