The Hotel is extremely clean , the room was very well done also clean. Bed very comfortable. Location is perfect.

We had no hot water in our room which was not great since it was 13 degrees outside. We were woken up to the fire alarm because someone's unattended child decided to pull it and had to stand in the cold for 40 minutes. Hot shower

The king bed was clean and very very comfortable, even the pillows. Room was very clean. Little noise at night, could sleep.

The pool was a lovely temperature & deep enough at 5 feet. The refrigerator was a great size & temp. The bed was very comfortable & the sheets felt great on my skin. The curtain separating bed & couch was excellent - I wake in the night & my niece didnt notice the light! And the shower was perfect. Breakfast was lovely too.
Negatives:
It would have been perfect to have a stovetop or oven, didnt need a dishwasher at all. I wish the pool opened earlier; 10am is very late. Would have appreciated a hot tub also. No hot water in the lobby for tea drinkers.
