The quiet setting of the building, very quiet.
Negatives:
Your website & the hotel site promoted the beautiful pool area. Upon arrival we were told it was closed for renovations. Room service didn't clean our room one day. Had to walk to the front desk to ask for towels because there was no phone in our room.

Positives:
The hotel is in a nice spot, on a quiet drive on a wooded hill above the mall and near the airport. Lots of stuff nearby at the mall and surrounding area all within an easy drive. Its a nice spot with a nice lot and lobby.
Negatives:
As a big guy I wish the bathroom and shower were bigger. The office chair and table are nice but the other, upholstered chair wasnt very comfortable. The bed is good though, with a nice view.

The rooms were terrible. The first room had blood in the bedroom and the second smelled like a dog was in there and when I was waken I realized I was being bitten by fleas or bed bugs

6th floor room 629 could hear a/c units on the roof bellow rattling all night. Walls were thin.

Price is too high. Need to put a corner step in the shower so women can shave their legs while they shower. The little corner bar was a good attempt but didnt work. Also should include free breakfast.

Hotel prices are ridiculously high for a stay that is less than 24 hours; however the hotel was a nice one.
