Requested late check out and was woken up twice once by housekeeping and then once by an employee asking when Ill be leaving not pleased considering I work nights and needed the sleep

The front desk listened to us as we checked in and explained we would be coming back very late at night. They change our room to be further away from most guests so we did not disturb them in the night and they did not wake us up early in the morning.
Positives:
Wonderful friendly staff. Simple but efficient room with every amenity I needed- great tv options, enough electrical outlets, generous breakfast offerings and bonus snacks. So much BETTER than the higher rated hotel I stayed in in the same area last week.

It was good, I would have appreciated gluten-free bread, so I could have toast.

The shower was not adequate to rinse my hair, so I had to get on my hands and knees and stick my head under the faucet.

Location was fine - easy to find! Breakfast was OK - plenty to choose from and appreciated great juices and choices Appreciated the snack they handed us when we walked in.
Negatives:
Only thing to complain about was they are doing construction on the motel - it did not bother us but the noise from the luggage being rolled down the hallway was annoying - there was some carpet, then wood, then back to carpet, etc. and it did make it noisy.

The motel exceeded my expectations and I would stay there again!

This hotel is in a great location,and the rooms are large and comfortable.Staff are friendly and helpful.One evening, we couldn't find anywhere to eat in the area. When we returned to the hotel, they had snacks and drinks laid out! It was so welcoming!

The only negative aspect of this hotel is that there is no elevator.
