Negatives:
Room was filthy with poop marks all through bathroom, had to ask for a new room, and the new room was still filthy minus the poop stains. There was zero electricity in the entire hotel during my stay also, there was no hot water due to no power, no way to charge my phone, and no heat or ac, overall a very bad stay and will not ever stay here again,

Positives:
Breakfast was good, hotel was good
Negatives:
Got to hotel late after a long day at a conference. No parking available. Not even in adjacent parking lots. I circled the parking lot for 15 minutes before I had to park in a handicap spot just to go in. Person at front desk was OK with me parking in a handicap space ( I was not). I went out later to try to re-park and luckily got a reward member parking spot. Literally only available one. After that my second room key didn’t work and I had to come down to get that fixed after the whole parking dilemma because I couldn’t get back in my room. Believe it was something to do with the programming from the person at the front desk. I left my Kindle behind on the bed only because I made the bed before leaving. I called about it three times and I was told they were investigating it and never got a call back. There is no way it was not found. Must have been stolen by housekeeping (is my assumption). Sparkly bright pink case on it. Hard to miss. Not happy and can not recommend this hotel.

Very good
Positives:
The rooms are comfortable with queen beds and laminated flooring instead of carpet. The hotel is fairly new. I like that the front desk offers snacks and beverages. The breakfast isn't bad either.
Negatives:
That the breakfast area is right in the entryway/lobby/check in area of the hotel.

Positives:
Location - price - cleanliness - upbeat and bright lobby - nice bathroom with a terrific shower and good towels
Negatives:
TV didn’t work properly. Oddly the from desk night clerk knew about the problem but the front desk clerk in the morning seemed unaware of the problem. Also the sheet on my bed felt very thin or cheap.
