There were two of us traveling. We wanted to split the bill. At check-in the clerk said we had to do it at checkout (normal), but at check out a different clerk said we should have done it at check -in. She was rude and blamed it on the check in clerk and the manager. I’ve always done this at checkout around the world. She was also rude to the next guest.
