Had to pay $75 extra for a pet that I notified I was taking though a third party booking company. Quite the unpleasant surprise.

Breakfast was just okay but our food standards are pretty high. Manager was very friendly, room was very clean and parking is very good.
Negatives:
Besides an improvement in the quality of the breakfast, everything was up our expectations, and the air conditioner kept the room cool in spite of the hot temperature outside.

The overwhelmingly strong odor of carpet freshener was simply awful. I am not one to complain unless something is terrible but it was just that bad. I left the bathroom fan on to try to air it out some. The window doesn’t open even a crack so no way to get a bit if fresh air. I received a text asking about the room which I greatly appreciate and mentioned the issue and the fan. We left earlier than planned the next morning to because of this issue. Breakfast was clean and nice but cold. My son enjoyed the waffle station.

Normally we prefer to stay at Hampton Inn/Hilton locations because they are reliably good. We won’t be back to this
