The night desk woman was timely and gave Geri direct answers. She did fix the issue with our room and was straight forward about what breakfast consisted of

We couldn’t get into our first room. The hallways smelled of marijuana the whole time. You could hear everyone in the adjacent rooms. The water was heard through the entire area. Our sink had a leak. Even after moving rooms, our keys still had issues. They have two floors but no elevators so for disabilities or a lot of luggage, I don’t recommend. There is also not a pool like originally stated.

The room was dirty. Cookie on the floor by the bed. Remote to TV on floor by the bed. Mattress was very stiff & no give to it. It was a handicap room & the chair was broken. At 2:30am I could hear 2 men talking loudly near the lobby.
