It was in a good area. Staff was nice until I had a serious Complaint.

There was a bed bug on the bed coming from the bottom of the cover it kept going up and and down of the bed. I took a video of it I’m not sure if it got on me or not but there was definitely blood in it. I felt so violated. Than we we were told to move to another room which smelled heavy like cigarette smoke because I didn’t want to complain or keep waking my family up I just delt with it next day my mother said we smelled like cigarettes. Embarrassing however the manager came off kind of rude or rude when I tried to talk to her about the situation.
