There were travel ball kids staying at the hotel. No one kept them in check. Running up and down hallways playing with the elevator told the desk person nothing done about it

Breakfast was served on Styrofoam plates. Styrofoam is not environmentally friendly and actually leaches toxic chemicals into your food. I would appreciate food served on paper plates, or actual ceramic plates.

They charged my credit card for the room - I had to contact them to get the charge reversed. They did it very quickly, but I was still a little put off.
