Included breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh and hot. Every breakfast item was available and refilled. Best part was the employee working the breakfast area. This gentleman was courteous, super helpful and genuinely good at his job. Made our stay much better.

Location is noisy and there is a slight smoke smell from upstairs smoking rooms

Sheets and towels were clean. The room had conveniency items - ironing board, coffee maker, luggage rack. I didn't have the provided breakfast. I believe it opened at 0600. Friendly welcome at front desk.
Negatives:
The doors, which were outside (motel), are not sealed (no weather seal/ stripping). You could hear the trucks and, if someone had smoked, it would be able to leak into the room. The room did smell like there had been smoking at some point.
