Convenience of the service, polite and helpful staff.

It was right off the highway which made traveling a breeze.
Negatives:
It did not have an elevator and we had a large cooler that we had to bring up to our rooms on the second floor
Negatives:
They had construction work going on at a nearby building 100 feet from the hotel and they gave me a room that was on that side so I got woke up at 6am due too all the noise

location was good, close to places to eat, shop. price was lower than the surrounding competition.
Negatives:
What breakfast? cockroaches in the rooms. Door was very hard to close. Shower head was loose. No lotion or soap in the dispenser. The tv screen was dark as if it's on its last leg.

It was so dirty, the walls were all stained up as well as the Curtains. The floor board are warped and kept tripping in them. The room smelled like cat pee. Its absolutely the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. If it wasnt for a out of town wedding we would have left.
