A good hotel - it offers a good price-to-quality ratio. Quite clean. The hotel offered everything I needed. Short distance to the Convention Center.
Negatives:
Weird people in the neighborhood. Not a safe neighborhood. Unfortunately, downtown Baltimore is not the best—a bit noisier in the neighborhood. Noisy room – I was able to hear noises from outside. From the hotel, when people from the room next to me close their doors. The fridge, AC, and some sort of sensor – all those items were quite noisy. I turned off the fridge and AC, but that small sensor was making squeaky noises.

Parking and location was not appropriately described via Booking.com website. Parking was described as "controlled access parking" not clearly as off site city parking only. On street parking was $4.30 cents an hour. Location exceeded the distance advertised via Booking.com website from our venue (Oriole Park at Camden yards) listed as .5 miles but it was actually over .8 miles. Hotel pictures on website don't represent the hotel. The main picture of the hotel is a stock photo of some other hotel picture. Staff couldn't even be bothered to help locate a safe parking garage. This Hotel was clearly not safe and was allowing loitering by local riff raff. Did not check into this Hotel, had to cancel reservation book somewhere else that had what they advertised!
I contacted the hotel and they referred me to Booking.com. I started the refund process via booking.com and was told electronically that it was up to the hotel but that booking.com would try get me a full refund. This is my first bad experience with anything found through booking.com over the years. I'm hoping that this situation is taken care of appropriately and not brushed under the rug. Read the reviews... the negatives are true.
