The location was within a short walking distance to the reason of our visit.
Negatives:
It was not communicated to the housekeeping staff that we had checked in, so during random spot checks, they buzzed into our room without warning and walked in on us changing clothes. On top of this, there was no covering on the ceiling light, and the bedframes were stacked on small slabs of plywood that were smaller than the frame itself. Any time you moved on the bed, it shifted the plywood, which was on top of a hardwood floor, easily causing scratches and a potential loss of the security deposit. Staff was not helpful in helping to resolve complaints, and there was a no refund policy when I immediately checked out without staying.

The one concern we had was we went to get in bed and heard something git the floor. The next morning we found a charm on the floor made us wonder if they had changed the bed.

The location of the property was good, the staff was friendly

Our room was dirty. There was hair in the shower drain from a previous guest, the toilet seat was for a round toilet and the bowl was for an oval so they didn’t line up. The floors were dirty and the bathroom door didn’t close. There were holes in the wall and floor and the room smelled.

The front desk staff were very nice and informative. It was also close to the Baltimore food festival that we were attending.

The shower backing up while taking a shower and only having a half a roll of toilet paper.
