Could not control the temperature in the room. I could hear TV next door and wanted to turn in the fan to drown out the noise. Only there on night but tub did not drain.

Brown dirty water flowed from the bathroom tap. It was undrinkable and most disgusting. I told the desk staff and they responded as if this was normal and told me to let the water run until it was clear, which I did, but every time I turned on the water it was brown in the sink and shower
The restaurant pool abs gym were closed due to Covid but booking .com did not tell me that

Room was clean, check-in and checkout were easy, parking was free.

Hallways seemed dingy, parking garage was dark and wet. And, not that the hotel can help this, but there was a ton of construction in the Village of Cross Keys, so it was hard to get around.

The area surrounding the hotel was nice

The too that we stayed in was dirty. The bathroom was moldy and there was hair everywhere…absolutely disgusting. I sprayed it with Lysol just to take a shower. The roomed smelled musty as well.
