The room balcony was nasty nasty. The breakfast was horrible, no coffee the first morning, no cups or lids the second morning , it was grab and go breakfast with no food to grab.

Negatives:
The location was a little out of the way of some places. Cross Keys is kind of a dying/hold over from the 80s shopping center. There are bars and restaurants within driving distance, but nothing really you can walk to from here.

Best part was front desk manager David Buckley he was fantastic. Best ever. He was the warmest most wonderful human being that I ever meet. He helped us so much and was always there for us and our needs. He should get a big raise and be manager of his on hotel. Thank you David.

Really great set up with the courtyard and could have a buzzing feel if added cute shops and restaurants
