Positives: The room was a nice size and very clean. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives: The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable. There were only 3 towels in the room and we had four people.

Negatives: There was in issue with checking in the system was down. The staff member was all over the place and really needed assistance.Had to write card information on a form. Then staff member called me twice while out to dinner stating my card was declined and I need to come to the hotel. Called back after dinner and using same card and had to give card number over the phone which it worked just fine. The AC or refrigerator did work upon arrival. I have stayed in the hotel the week before and didn't experience this I would not recommend this hotel after this experience.
