Positives:
The location and room were great. The on-site restaurant was the best part of the stay. They had a great menu which included great happy hour specials on drinks and food.
Negatives:
Was overcharged for the room. The rate was already supposed to include taxes and fees but those charges were added again. Also, my booking included a 25USD property credit but most of the staff at the counter did not know about this. Luckily, a great manager came to the rescue and helped me get that credit applied to my restaurant tab.

The rooms from 2021 till now are subpar. There was mold in the bathrooms and not very clean at best this room was ok for one night. We didn’t feel like the frustration of reporting everything and we had reservations at 7.

But looking at the price payed for 1 night had to pay extra 25$ for parking which was not ok ,rooms wore good but was smaller then expeted, did not get room which had views but understandable because hotel was almost fully booked.

Arrived at 3:30 to be told we had to wait to check in for an undisclosed amount of time. Waited for a couple hours before we were given a room.
No soap in the bathroom, only body lotion.
Elevators created a half hour delay making issues with arranging an uber/lyft.
Ice machines on floors 2-8 were out of service.

Positives:
We did not have breakfast at the Hotel. Breakfast was not complimentary. Line was long at the restaurant. Very close to the aquarium. when we booked they said that they were close to the arena and the hotel was not.
Negatives:
we got there at 3p and there was a long line at the lobby. we could not check in til 5pm which made us late for our event. the area was sold out and they should have provided extra staff.
