Positives:
The person at the reception is not friendly. Not helpful. The solve the problem. They ask to come back at the time where they finish their shift. You find another person who doesn't know the issue. This frustrating for clients.
Negatives:
Staff rude not smiling. they don't like what they are doing. The person serving the breakfast is not rude not friendly. The breakfast was included with the room, but I chose to dismiss it and pay for my own breakfast outside. Any away the breakfast is poor. I took one breakfast among 5 where I still felt hangry.
The parking is overcharging.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They were all very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.
Negatives:
I didn't like the noise right outside our window, I booked for 3 people, but there weren't enough washcloths, and room lighting was dim.

overall its a nice place to stay, parking garage across the street from hotel is a cheaper option vs valet, when we were checking out there was noone at the front desk or restaurant which was kind of odd.
Negatives:
staff was not very personal, stood at the front desk for a bit while two workers were discussing things between themselves.
