Staff were extremely professional and helpful in all aspects to include front desk personnel the valet personnel and the cooking staff.
Negatives:
If I had to pick a drawback it would be the complimentary breakfast. I just wished they had more meat options and the coffee was a little rough, but not a deal breaker I would 100% stay at this hotel again

Pros: Location, Front Desk and Kitchen Staff, and complimentary breakfast
*The location of the hotel is perfect! It is close to plenty of restaurants and Whole foods market. The Front desk attendants were extremely friendly and understanding. Tyesha, in particular, was very polite and took our experience into her hands to ensure that we will return as a Hyatt customer. Another Front Desk Attendant was nice enough to make a complimentary drink for my Mom and I on my birthday. The kitchen staff was awesome! I notified them that I wasn't a fan of the breakfast meat choice and they provided a substitute.

*So upon arriving to our room, I've discovered that the bathroom wasn't fully clean. I saw hair on the toilet seat and hair on the shower curtain. I notified the front desk and Tyesha was highly concerned. They wanted to clean out room again but there was no need since I travel with disinfectant wipes and cleaned the bathroom myself. Also, there are no microwave in the rooms.
