I did not stay here because the hotel was in a very unsafe part of downtown. No parking available and too many derelicts on the street.
Did not stay because unsafe...
I didn’t like it. i tolerated the stay.
the furniture was damaged, the room was muggy. the fridge was turned off. I’m a person that doesn’t like my room tampered with once I occupy it. that wasn’t respected at all.
upgrades are needed!
Not good because of the...

The booking said breakfast was included but in the morning there was no breakfast, confirmed by reception.
nothing at all this place doesn’t match the pictures when you book it and the rooms are so small it’s hard to be with someone else in the room do not like at all
The worst place to stay
In answer to “Did you like the breakfast”: No breakfast — offered only on the weekends.
I thought the lady at reception was very nice and did her best to welcome us. I worry for her safety given the neighborhood.
Horrible “skid row”-like neighborhood, so bad people have to be buzzed in the entry door. Clerks are at desk behind bullet proof plexiglass. All common areas filthy and worn. My room had scuffed walls, scratched/fading furniture, stained lamp shades and worn out towels. Extremely loud partying in room next door and in hall — people literally screaming repeatedly. I called desk twice. Party finally broken up after midnight when staff member talked to them. Then very loud television through the walls until 4:30 am. Occupants may have been so drunk they could sleep in spite of the loud TV. I could not.
Literally the worst hotel I...
The person that checked us in was really nice and helpful..
The room could have been cleaned better and the shower stall's glass had soap scum going down the edges.. The pillows were horrible and very small. The TV remote didn't work, it only turned it on and off so we were only able to watch one channel... There was a single serve coffee maker and ice bucket but no cups at all.. The website said they were close to the Harbor and while they weren't that far away they weren't close either.. There is no parking, we were pointed in the direction of a parking garage down the street but it closed at 9 PM.. When we got back from our activities we ended up having to park on the street, which I wasn't really comfortable with. The neighborhood left much to be desired. Abandoned buildings people standing around and loud noise and music up until at least 5am..
I could go on and on but I think this is enough... The pictures on their website are beautiful, but they are very very misleading. I truly wish I had checked the reviews before I picked this hotel.. I would not stay here ever again and definitely wouldn't suggest this place to anyone!
I would not stay here...
