Decent walk to major places in Baltimore

This property was located in a very sketchy area. I never worried about anything majorly bad happening to me but I definitely watched my back at times. Staff was not the most friendly and was kind of rude at times, especially during checkout. Instructions for valet were not very clear about early checkout as me and a few others tried to check out before designated checkout but were told we were wrong but that they would try and get it anyways. Door for valet was stuck shut and I ended up missing my flight back to NC. Overall not great experience

Negatives:
The vallet asked for a cash tip on arrival. There were 3 sets of towels with a 4 adult reservation. I called to ask for help w the tv and received “ oh my God, the story of my day” from the front desk. He did help me fix it. Breakfast was ok.
