Property has been nicely remodeled but it’s more geared toward the executive short term traveler.

The property doesn’t have parking, only valet and the nearby parking, although close by within short walking distance, it’s not convenient when you’re unloading luggage.

That i was charged $100 incidental fee with no mention of it on booking.com or at the counter from the employee that charged my debit card without mentioning it, or the rude, non customer service having hotel manager I've ever encountered after being told the fee is common knowledge. Very pissed about the entire encounter and then being put in a queen room after paying for a king.

We arrived at the property and right away we decided we did not want to stay at this location. Our plans were to get to the room, unpack and then walk to see the sites we had decided on for the day and into the night. There was no place available to park and unload luggage, The area simply looked unsafe to be walking in. WE elected to forfeit the money we paid for the non- refundable room, We were told parking was available near-by by hotel staff. Upon arrival we found our reserved parking was 15 blocks away. Again, we did not feel safe to walk to the hotel.

Positives:
The breakfast was good and the 2 beds with the pull out couch met our needs for 2 adults and 3 children. The room itself was clean.
Negatives:
The location is awful. That alone is probably why I will not stay here ever again. It felt completely unsafe. The hotel does do a good job at securing the elevators and the doors are locked from outsiders past a certain time. So once inside it seems fine but we stayed for an Orioles game and walked to the Hotel at night. Day or night it’s just not a good area. Our room was not ready by the check in time. The TV originally did not work. There was a mainline r man that came to fix it who was nice, but the signal for the TV was still not good and the picture would get blurry like every 45 seconds. Some of the staff was okay, but when we got there there were staff members arguing with each other.
