Staff is very nice, cameras throughout give a sense of safety, and someone is always cleaning.

Stayed at this hotel the night before I flew out and paid for parking. When I returned my windshield was smashed. In addition, my return flight was cancelled and they would not allow me to cancel/postpone my reservation for that night.

Visibly Dirty sheets, they seemed to have not washed the sheets, they just made the bed after the other guest left I was very disgusted

No hangers in closet. Hotel did not plow the parking lot after a 6 inch snowfall. Breakfast was cold and had to keep asking staff for food to be brought out.

The layout of the rooms, particularly those in the far back, seemed a bit odd at first, but was okay.
