The property was clean and looked new. Didn’t notice any bad smells or any indications that made me think there may be underlying property issues. The host at the desk was extremely friendly and was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. Our room was clean and had up to date decor.
Negatives:
The only thing I didn’t care for was the sliding privacy door to the bathroom. It just didn’t seem to provide the privacy that a regular door provides.

The hotel in itself was amazing! Clean, friendly, and accommodating. The bar was great! The bartender Mrs. Val was top tier! She was personable, professional, and tended to my needs every time I visited the bar.
Negatives:
I didn’t like how soft/thin the pillows were. Even with stacking 2-3 pillows to sleep, they were still flat. With the level of service of the hotel, I think they should provide memory foam/gel pillows.
I also didn’t like the fact that they only clean the rooms every other day. I’m from Atlanta and when I stay at the Hilton there, which I do often, they’ve always cleaned daily.

Positives:
Large rooms. Quiet location. There Christmas Eve into Christmas day to visit family in Bel Air. My favorite hotel stay this fall/winter. Bed great and bathroom large.
Negatives:
No complaints at all.
