They never disclosed the pool was down for reservations and that the pool would be across the way at their sister hotel Hilton garden Inn. With cold water
Our car battery died and no front desk even tried to assist or offer just to sit in the lobby with 2 small kids. We want to the sister hotel they were so kind and respectful and jumped us with no issue even offered for is to stay in the lobby until we got service.

The hotel seemed to be a bit neglected by ownership. The pool was closed, one elevator was broken, missing vending/ice machines, etc. However, the experience was positive overall.

The hotel was very nice and clean.Staff was nice and friendly.I booked a stay for 3 nights but due to a family emergency,was only able to stay 1 night with no problem at checkout.Will definitely be returning to hopefully get my full stay in next time.Would highly recommend this hotel ✅️✅️✅️
