Comfort inn should be comfortable but that was not the case, elevator needs upgradew, wall cracks, bathtub shows bad renovation job, old popcorn ceiling. Limited breakfast variety Needs upgrades to call this comfortable

It is in the perfect location for the purposes of my visit to that area, and the staff are great.

Sometimes the hotel infrastructure has issues. This visit one of the two elevators wasn't working at all, and the inner door of the two sliding glass main entry doors was broken. I didn't see any service company working on these repairs.

Nothing like it I was calling to contact them and never pick up, I was there an hour before the check in and ask how much should I paid for early check in and the lady in the front desk said they didnt have any room available until the check in time Of course I didnt believe her. I will never booked with their again. I have to go to other hotel and loss this reservation and my money for something possible to help front their side.

Once I checked in, I was informed the elevators did not work. Ice machine on my floor ALSO did not work.There was a commercial floor fan on the hallway rug that I needed to pass to get to my room, which could imply there may be a leak somewhere?
