The property was closed when we arrived there. There was a sign that was posted that said it was under construction and closed. We were never notified of the closure and we had to scramble to find alternative accomodations.

The facts that no one help me since I was with walker going up and down the stairs, lefty shoe and didn't get any help from any of the receptionists spoked to 3 different ones and no one help me, will never come back to this hotel after 4 calls for help, have to drive back to this hotel and Pablo was the only one that check my room for me 207.
