Location, safety and lovely facility.
Negatives:
Am disappointed that I was charged for a previous visit (in December) with my explanation that my husband had been hospitalized and in the ICU. Also was told Hilton would price-match third party by just calling Hilton directly so I could also use my Hilton Honors Points and when I called the Front Desk they said that is not correct

The room with microwave and fridge was the same price as one without, so I appreciated the convenience. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The breakfast had many options and was cheaper that going elsewhere. The free morning coffee and tea was appreciated. The room had basic furnishings, but met all my needs and the TV had many channels. Internet super speedy.

I could not figure out how to use the streaming service on the TV, but it wasn't needed after all. The hotel's overnight parking is very expensive, so I used the local parking garage one block away on Waverly Street for much less money.
