Positives:
It was clean for the most part. Breakfast was better than expected.
Negatives:
Male on duty upon check in was slow and not very friendly. He was a bit hard to understand and even though it is advertised as pet friendly seemed to have an attitude about my esa. Ive had worse experiences. Ive had better experiences as well.
Negatives:
Breakfast could of been better.
Positives:
I like the breakfast
Negatives:
The hotel staff charged my card incorrectly due to untrained staff!! We had a whole issue
Positives:
I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel had remodeled and my room was 99% perfect. In fact, the only things wrong with it were a result of the remodeling not being completed. The breakfast was great with eggs and bacon, biscuits and gravy. A big selection of breads too.
Negatives:
A couple small things were incomplete. The room was missing the striker plates on the new door jams. The stairways were still in rough shape due to heavy use by the contractors. The elevator buttons had to be held in to operate the elevator. The parking lot was blocked off due to construction but I never had trouble finding a spot close enough to walk. Two of my coworkers were surprised when I told them how nice LaQuinta was. They had horror stories of their stay a few months earlier.

Major Improvements
Positives:
I have stayed here twice before and I think its good value for money. Its ideal location for work.
Negatives:
It was being renovated during this stay so the gym facilities were bare. But I am sure once the renovations are completed this will be rectified.

Advertises indoor pool but there is none. Tv in 1st room didn't work. Heat, sink drain, light switch, wall heat controller in 2nd room did not work. Fitness room unusable. Smoke detectors covered up so they won't work. Power outage in breakfast.

Disappointing
Positives:
Very clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
No facilities to do laundry as there were 2 washing machines both out of order the entire week we were there. Facility is under construction so there was a lot of workers and dust etc in foyer to navigate.

Will be returning in. Couple of weeks to stay for another week!
Positives:
The front desk staff member, Matt, was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. I appreciate his assistance over our stay. The room "appeared clean", and the beds were comfortable. The rate per night was reasonable.
Negatives:
I really want to say that I had a good experience with this hotel, but unfortunately that was not the case. I knew that the hotel was under some construction/renovation at the time I booked. I did not realize that the entire first floor was missing. There was no business center, not even a proper reception space. Items that I needed printed out for my work, were not able to be processed. I am not sure why the elevator had to stop on the 2nd floor every trip up and down, even when that particular floor was not selected. I cannot rate the breakfast buffet, but my friend was happy with the food items offered. Moving on to our room itself, room 332, that is another issue that needs addressed immediately. As I mentioned the room upon first inspection "appeared clean". Meaning we did not find anything out of the ordinary. However, my friend and I both awoke Monday, 10-9-23 after we returned home, to find horrible bed bug bites all over our arms and legs. We had checked out Sunday, 10-8-23. Our symptoms didn't appear until Monday. We had no idea that this would happen. I have notified the front desk staff this evening with a phone call. I am waiting to hear back from a manager. In all honesty, all of the rooms and bedding need to be checked for a bed bug infestation, and treated accordingly. I really hate to rate a hotel experience so poorly. I know that staff work hard, and sometimes there are circumstances beyond their control.

Disappointed with facilities, and needs to be checked for bed bugs.

Nice hotel. In the middle of construction but still very clean
Positives:
Nothing
Negatives:
Staff members were very unprofessional.one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at. I was pleased in 3 different rooms for different problems.
Positives:
clean, comfortable, right price
Negatives:
This hotel and others in the area are increasing prices next month, looks like collusion to me, and is certainly not worth the new price. $---for at best a two star hotel! Versus $---today! Air BNB here I come!
Positives:
Location
Negatives:
Undergoing extensive renovations while booking guests is horrible, concrete dust everywhere, carpets soiled, bedding stained and smelled like damp towels, the construction crew must live on the property because it looked like a trailer park but a hotel.
