When I checked in the young lady was nice and polite, but when I was trying to extend my stay for another day date. Kept the app for me doing that. Because they wanted me to pay $96 for another state when I paid 74 I asked them. It was a girl from Africa African girl that been there for a while. She was very rude in the fact of not letting me pay what I paid for the reservation. She told me. I had to pay them $96 and some change. So instead of.
Paying that I left the lady that was working when I first got there was very nice. The other lady is very disrespectful and should not be working there. She's very rude and disrespectful to the customers. Especially when you're trying to state another date and you ask them. Can I keep that rate? She told me the rate is 96 something. And when I tried to reboot my stay there, they made the app disappear by saying it was over. It's all the rooms are full so I couldn't make a reservation to get that fee of $74. So really? I'm not going to ever go back to it now. I don't know why you sent me something saying you got the bill. You didn't pay for the bill. I paid the d*** bill so if you want to give me back some you can give me back my $74. Because I don't think I'm coming back to that place ever again. I don't like disrespectful. People who don't know how to treat the customers. Remember the customers. What makes your business in? If you can't treat them any kind of way better than that, then you don't need to work there or you don't need that business like. I didn't need that bed to sleep in tonight. I went to the Red Roof Inn now I'll spend my money there.

Actually, I was trying to give this hotel another try since the last time I was dead. I didn't like the roaches as well as the young people who hang around in a hotel lobby of the streets and break in your car. But now you still gotta deal with ignorant. People that work the front desk. I'm not happy with that place so I go to places that I feel comfortable like the LA quita in. In capital heights and I go to the red roofin. N in Alexandria, Virginia of a Richie highway. But I will never go to that hotel ever again so, but if you want to be nice you can give me back. My money I spent last night at the motel 8 super 8 or whatever it's called aint nothing super about it, though. And don't send me no more letters if you aint paying the bill. Cause that's what you said you will come a day. You responsible for my state? Then give me back my money. You got my credit card on your account but I pay cash. I'm pretty much tired of ignorant people that you have working under your establishment. But you don't have to worry about me coming in no more, I won't
