I did reserve the same day I planned to arrive i called the hotel to inform them of my cancellation . They refused to cancel and instead proceeded to charge me although i called before the time. I find this disturbing for them to pretend not receiving my call making noises in the background to charge me for a room I didnt use.

Pretending I didnt call to cancel the booking to charge me. I have proof i made the call at 5:30pm. Person who answered was in a noisy background i gave them the registered name and requested they cancel. The following day i was charged

Making sure the television worked and a shuttle to the nearest train station would be nice. I had to walk 1.2 miles from my hotel to the nearest train station. No one bothers me, but I could see a woman being forced to take a cab for her safety.

Was disappointed. I've stayed at this location many times. It's the worse ever.
Positives:
Hotel shower leaked water everywhere, blood stain on ceiling, clientele staying at hotel made me feel unsafe. Police there my entire stay due to people that frequent the hotel. Didnt feel safe at all.
Negatives:
Comforter had stains, room smelled funny, too many marijuana smokers in and outside the hotel. Entire hotel reeked of marijuana and felt totally unsafe with shady people that were staying there and police presence at all times. The breakfast food was just nasty, I wouldnt feed it to my dog. Way too noisy as well. Hard to sleep so much noise from hallway and doors that slam.
