The hotel didn't have a room for us and didn't communicate that information to me by text or by email, both of which they had. They reserved a room at a hotel 15 minutes away, and farther from DC; when we arrived, that hotel also didn't have a room for us. At that point, almost midnight, I called a nearby Holiday Inn directly.
