my heat did not work due to the draft from the windows in the room, we froze all night and they have the ordasity not to offer me a free night stay

The receptionist was very rude to us. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30, and the room was not ready. When we asked why, he started yelling at us. Later, the elevator broke down and we were locked inside. The only positive experience was the breakfast staff, who were very pleasant.
