Positives: Value for money.
Negatives: In need a very urgent upgrade as coridors & rooms are rundown. Poor lighting around the upper car park & the VERY small sign advising of no liability for cars being broken into doesn't add to one's feeling of safety when arriving or leaving at night.

Positives: only breakfast area was very clean and the lady was extremely polite(sorry i forget her name she work on 4-27-24 morning) should be working at the front desk clerk
Negatives: this hotel is so horrible and disgusting , customer service the worst humans contact ever(they don't need to be working there) customer service (especially night worker 4-27-24 , the lobby (disgusting) elevator so small it fit (1 person at a time ) hallway carpet spell rotten (they used carpet deodorizer for fresh smell NOT WORKING) room is the most disgusting and extremely uncomfortable i have been in , see pictures attached , i HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL especially with kids , construction worker every where, the smell of paint every where(from outside to inside) Booking should have remove this hotel from they listing ( Extremely bad ) i got sick from staying at the place , there is no central air or heating system(see picture) floor model AC works for 2 hrs. it shut off (that's it for the night ) window can not be open) there is a balcony that is completely block up (no access) pigeons are living in it (they are having the best view for free) the floor model AC water drain on floor, (not outside) i call for housekeeping to come and mop the water up (2.45 am ) front desk (customer server( Hiver so rude he said there is nothing he can do he send security guard with extra towels for me to dry up the water) see pic, no working phone in room , TV no signal, i book a room with 2 beds 1 bed have board the other no bed board, garbage cans so dirty(it smell) see pic.. Booking should have gone to some of there places and rate them before putting them up on your suite ... i strongly believe the way a guest is greeted first time (which is first impression) said it all - this hotels staff is very far from that the building (hotel) needs a complete face lift !! i am very up set and DISAPOINTED.. again booking needs to evaluate and renew these listing better before listing it for rental , we are traveling with families and this paces was not as stated , if no kids i would 100% rather sleep in my car ..
