That the Female Employee was by herself and Didnt have any other help Front Desk, no Security, no maintence, THAT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a female to be in that work setting alone, they need to have others on hand. My husband has worked as a Chieif Engineer of a Hotel for over 20 years and never has this happen.. I pray they fix it....One other guest said heat wasn't working...And need new pillows very uncormfortable, too small...
