Filthy and police had to called one night because the front desk attendant let a woman and two man in who had no reservations. They were banging on the door and tell my family and I that they were going to shoot us. These people begin running down the hallway knocking on others doors. We had to called Howard County. The front desk attendant was scared and didn’t call the police. We did!

Not clean. Hallway smells like cats the extra money and stay at Sonesta, Hilton, even the Days Inn.

The worst thing was the wait at the check in. It took more than 30 minutes and the reason was that I pre paid from Booking and they couldn't connect it to their system.

Manager at night kept giving us keys that didn’t work. Finally after 3 tries she gave us another room. Lobby, elevator and hallways all smelled of weed. Continental breakfast was a joke!

Had a spider in our bed and the bathroom. Killed both of them. I had to ask for a hair dryer at the front desk, but the staff was very friendly and brought it right up to our room.

Positives:
Nothing. Definitely not worth the money.
Negatives:
The bathroom was incredibly small. You couldn't shut the bathroom door, unless you stood behind the toilet. The hallways were dirty. The breakfast was granola bars....and coffee.
